Be comfortable with doing the following:
- FAT
- gathering stats about a fat filesystem (i.e. sectors, clusters, blocks)
- windows related
- formatting a filesystem as NTFS
- connecting to a windows fileshare on linux
- btrfs
- putting some (volumes)/partitions together in a raid
- snapshotting
- forensic
- analyzing a system for some files both while it is mounted and/or while it is not mounted when using the foremost tool
- How to create quotas on a linux filesystem
Certainly by now, you should be very comfortable in editing an /etc/fstab file and mounting filesystems.
