Firewall

Description

You will experiment with a few firewalls in this lab.

Part 1

On your ubuntu machine, follow the lab instructions identified here. UFW may already be installed. You could put your vm in the nat network, and bring up your kali machine in the nat network to test ssh and web connectivity to the ubuntu machine. Take a screenshot or three to show how awesome your skills are.

Part 2

On your windows machine, download a firewall of your choice (Not the built-in windows firewall). One that I might recommend is here. Install it and figure out what it does. Take a print screen. Research it and figure out what it is telling you and what you can do with it. See if it can block spyware or malware. (Maybe try your hidden-tear executable?) Write a short 2 paragraphs on your findings.
